GoGo Technologies LLC Commences Operations at a Natural-Gas Mining Site in North Dakota

NORTH DAKOTA — March 2026

GoGo Technologies LLC today announced that a 5 MW natural-gas-powered mining site in North Dakota has entered operation.

The site generates electric power from natural gas for blockchain mining infrastructure developed and managed by GoGo Technologies LLC.

Each pad consumes over 3,000 Mcf daily (thousand cubic feet of natural gas per day). That figure is per pad.

GoGo Technologies LLC has partnered with Phoenix Energy (Phoenix Energy One, LLC), an oil and gas company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Irvine, California. Phoenix Energy’s activities include oil production, mineral rights and royalty acquisition, and non-operating working interests. Its drilling and operations are concentrated in North Dakota and Montana, with additional activity in the Powder River and Denver-Julesburg Basins. Phoenix Operating, the company’s operating arm, develops domestic acreage, including in Williams and Divide counties, North Dakota.

Phoenix Energy’s North Dakota operations and energy expertise support power generation and site development for this deployment.

The first 5 MW North Dakota natural-gas site entered operation in January 2026.

GoGo Technologies LLC partners with Taylor Systems (Taylor Power Systems), an American manufacturer of industrial generators, for the natural-gas generator sets that power this site. Taylor Power Systems builds rugged wellhead and oil-field natural-gas gensets — EPA-certified gas engines, high- and low-pressure gas inlets, weatherproof enclosures, and skid or trailer configurations suited to remote petroleum duty. On-site natural-gas generation is what makes these deployments possible: the units convert field gas into electric power at the pad, without a utility interconnection, under the pressure and weather conditions of North Dakota wellhead work.
