GoGo Tech (GoGo Technologies LLC) sells Modular Datacenter Units (MDUs) that miners own, and hosts them on GoGo Tech sites at the pass-through utility rate plus $0.01/kWh, with on-site technicians and operations software included.
You buy the unit from GoGo Tech, and the unit is yours. We place it on a GoGo Tech power site. Your monthly lease is the kilowatt-hours your MDU consumes, at the rate we negotiated for power, plus $0.01/kWh for management and operations. We don't mark up the power.

You purchase a Modular Datacenter Unit from GoGo Tech. The unit is yours.

We deploy it on our site
GoGo Tech installs the unit on a GoGo Tech power site.

Sign a kWh lease
You sign a lease, and the monthly fee is based on the kilowatt-hours your MDU consumes, measured by the smart meters on every MDU.

Pass-through rate
GoGo Tech passes through the rate it negotiated for power, plus $0.01/kWh for management and operations.

Technicians and software
On-site technicians deploy and service your miners. The operations software is included at no extra charge with every MDU on our sites.

Pass-through power pricing
GoGo Tech uses pass-through pricing: the power rate negotiated for the site, passed through without markup, plus $0.01/kWh for management and operations.
Current rate: Power (pass-through) $0.035 / kWh + Ops fee $0.01 / kWh = $0.045 / kWh.

Fort Worth is a 30 MW hydro-cooled site: 12 MW available now and an 18 MW second phase, sold as 2 MW MDUs. No commercial-operation month has been set.
'Hydro' refers to liquid (water) cooling of the miners, not hydroelectric power. Fort Worth runs on ERCOT grid power.

Can I buy a mining container and have someone else host it?
- Yes. You buy a Modular Datacenter Unit (MDU) from GoGo Tech, and we deploy and host it on a GoGo Tech site. You pay a monthly lease based on the kWh the MDU consumes, at the pass-through power rate plus $0.01/kWh for management and operations.
Do I own the MDU, or am I renting it?
- You own it. You buy the MDU from GoGo Tech, and the unit is yours. The lease covers hosting on our site, billed by the kWh consumed.
How much does hosting cost per kWh?

What's the difference between pass-through and all-in hosting pricing?
- An all-in rate bundles power, operations, and the provider's margin into one number. With GoGo Tech's pass-through pricing, you pay the actual negotiated power rate plus a fixed $0.01/kWh operations fee. That means your bill follows the underlying power cost, and the operations fee stays the same. GoGo Tech does not quote an all-in rate. Current rate: Power (pass-through) $0.035 / kWh + Ops fee $0.01 / kWh = $0.045 / kWh.
Who installs and repairs my miners?
- GoGo Tech's on-site technicians deploy and service your miners. The included software syncs with your mining pool to show live status for each miner, so technicians can find and fix issues quickly.
Which miners can I run in a GoGo Tech MDU?
- North Dakota air-cooled MDUs (1 MW, 340 slots): any air-cooled miner. Fort Worth hydro-cooled MDUs (2 MW): WhatsMiner, SealMiner, VolcMiner, and Auradine.
